How do I cancel my order?
Please call customer service at 1-888-749-5601 for any order cancellation. We will attempt to cancel any order that has not shipped from our warehouses, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I return my purchase?
Items can
be returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Special order items cannot be returned once they have
shipped.
How do I return a product?
To
return any product, please obtain a Return Goods Authorization
Number prior to returning the item. To obtain an RGA number and shipping instructions, please
call Customer Service at 1-208-263-6211. Please write your RGA number on the outside of the return package.
How do I ship my return?.
To ensure you will will receive the proper credit for your return you may use UPS, DHL, FEDEX and USPS to ship your return. Please have a tracking code issued for your protection, we are not responsible for lost returns. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
When I return a product will restocking fees apply?
Returned products may incur up to a 25% restocking fee. We use direct shipping
warehouses and restocking fees reflect only passing charges we incur
along to the customer returning an item. Understanding there are
times when an item must be returned we work hard to limit costs
involved in returning items. If an item is defective no restocking
fees apply.
When are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping
charges are not refundable, unless an item was shipped in error..
How will my order ship?
We ship by UPS, FedEx, DHL or common carrier for larger items. The delivery times vary by product from 3 to 10 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and our nearest shipping warehouse. We work hard to ship from the shortest distance to speed delivery.
